Q. How do I make my room reservation?

A. Our Secured Online Reservation system is under process, meanwhile, Please send your email to:info@rainbowhospitality.com or call +91 9845173292 / 9663301046.

 

Q. When I email my reservation request, where does my request go?

A. It will go to our Reservation Department.

 

Q. How long will it take to get a response to my reservation request?

A. With in 24 hours and not later than 36 hours. If you do not receive our response within 36 hours, please e-mail back to us at info@rainbowhospitality.com .

 

Q. How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

A. When you receive our acknowledgement via the e-mail or fax within 24 hours and not later than 36 hours. Reservations are deemed secured if guaranteed with credit card or a prepaid Cash Deposit into the Bank Account of Rainbow Hospitality.

 

Q. What do I get as a confirmation of my booking?

A. As a confirmation of your booking, a Rainbow Hospitality Reservation Voucher will be emailed to you. Kindly mention your email id clearly so as to avoid disruption of service.

 

Q. What happens if I encounter problem with my reservation upon checking-in?

A. If you are carrying a valid Reservation Voucher from Rainbow Hospitality, the chances of a problem are absolutely remote. So kindly remember to carry a print out of the Reservation Voucher. However, in the event of a problem, kindly call +91 9663301046 / 9845173292.

 

Q. Is it advantageous for us to book early? 

A. Yes it would be, as most of the time we are fully booked. In order not to get disappointed please make your booking as early as possible.

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy

 

Peak Season - Dec 15 to Jan 10

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival – 10% of full duration accommodation charge

Cancellations between 48 hours and 15 days prior to arrival - 25% of full duration Accommodation charge Cancellations between 48 hours and 7 days prior to arrival - 50% of full duration Accommodation charge 

Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival and No Shows - full duration of booking will be charged.

 

High Season - Oct 1 to Dec 14 and April 1 to June 4 

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival – 10% of full duration Accommodation Charge

Transportation

 

Q. Is there a shuttle service to/from the airport?

A. Yes we do have our Airport Transfer Vehicle but it is chargeable. Please indicate in the reservation form that you require the Airport transfers. We shall give you the quotation for Airport Transfer during the confirmation of your bookings. 

 

Q. Which is cheaper, your Airport Transfer or the Public Transport?

A. The public transport is obviously cheaper.
